All bookings are made online to ensure availability. A credit card is required to book an appointment and ensure your attendance.

LATE ARRIVAL

In the event that you arrive late, you will only have the remainder of the allotted time as to not delay the following clients.

GRACE PERIOD

More than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment will be cancelled and will result in the payment of the appointment's full price value.

MAKEUP FREE

Please come with no makeup and clean lashes. Even small amounts of makeup or residue can significantly affect the retention of the lash extension or the effectiveness of the lash lift/brow lamination.

ARRIVE ALONE

Please arrive alone as it creates a comfortable and distraction free environment.

NO SHOWS

A no show is when you do not show up to an appointment. A no show will not be tolerated and will result in the payment of the appointment's full price value. Outstanding fees may affect future booking eligibility.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Clients may cancel the appointment independently using the link at the bottom of the confirmation email. Any request to cancel within 24 hours will result in payment of the appointment's full price value. Outstanding fees may affect future booking eligibility.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Clients may reschedule the appointment independently using the link at the bottom of the confirmation email. Requests to reschedule within 24 hours will be accommodated with the next available appointment. If the new time is not suitable, the appointment's full price value will apply, as this is considered a late cancellation. Outstanding fees may affect future booking eligibility.

CONFIRMATION & REMINDERS

An email reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to the appointment, followed by a text reminder 24 hours prior. This time is reserved exclusively for your appointment, and the same courtesy is expected in return.

REFILLS

You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining for the appointment to be considered a refill. Anything less will be treated as a full set, and you will be charged accordingly.

REFUNDS

No refunds can be issued as the product has already been used.
